-----As of 05/30/2013 I've lost 5 lbs in 20 days with Shakeology! My energy is better & I don't feel hungry as often. Cravings for sweets have been greatly reduced as well! I've been using the Chocolate Shakeology & I'll soon be giving the Tropical Strawberry flavor a try! Excited about that! ;]
